Pets should be supervised when playing with toys. This toy is strong but not indestructible and will eventually become susceptive to chew damage. Examine regularly for wear and replace if any damage could represent a health hazard.

Next day orders must be placed before 12pm for delivery the day after. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be sent the following Monday.

You can find any available vouchers in My Account for spending online. Alternatively simply state your email in-store to collect points and claim.
We use Royal Mail for all UK orders. Our Standard Delivery is £4.95 or free when you spend over £60. Next Day Delivery is £8.95.
International delivery is dependent on where you live - please enter your address at checkout to calculate your postage.
We expect all Standard Delivery items to arrive within 5 days but most will arrive in 2-3 days. We expect all Next Day Delivery items to arrive within 1-3 days.
Our delivery cut off time is 12pm Monday - Friday. Please note all orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday as we do not dispatch parcels on the weekend.
Yes, all orders receive a tracking number emailed to the email address that you ordered with. You can also check your order status in the My Accounts section of our website.
