During these uncertain and confusing times we want to reassure you that DOGHOUSE is taking every sensible precaution we can to protect staff and customers from the spread of Covid-19.

Our Pet Shop

We have remained open throughout the pandemic to get vital supplies to your pets to keep them happy and healthy. We have all the precautions in place to make it a safe environment for you to visit.

We have a one-way system in place, screens up behind our counter, hand washing stations plus hand sanitiser upon arrival. All our staff members will continue to wear masks at all times and we respectfully ask you to do the same. We always want you to feel safe when visiting Doghouse so please do let one of our staff members know if there's anything else we can do to make you feel comfortable.

Our online shop is also still open for business! You can shop from the comfort of your own home for toys, treats, jumpers, coats and even home grooming tools.

We are offering home delivery via Tracked Royal Mail, Click and Collect from our shop in Bradford on Avon or free local delivery to those isolating. Choose which suits you best at checkout.

Our Grooming Salon

We are back open for our regular customers to book in for grooming. Our books are currently closed to new customers but please give us a call on 01225 864767 if you've been with us before and would like to book in for a groom.

If you haven’t had your dog groomed with us before, please join either our Bradford on Avon waiting list or our new Clifton Village waiting list and we will be in touch to organise booking them in at some point in the future. Thank you for your patience.

If you are already a regular grooming customer at Doghouse and haven’t been receiving our emails, please let us know your email here so we can keep you up to date with information.

Our Café

Our outdoor tables are back! We have seats in the sun or covered seating if you'd prefer a spot of shade. Please check in with the NHS Track and Trace app when seated.

We have a delicious selection of coffees and cakes, plus we are also now serving delicious locally made pastries. Find out more about our dog café here.

Coronavirus Guidelines

Our priority is of course the health and well-being of our customers, our team and our wider community. You are welcome to order your items over the phone to reduce the time spent browsing (please call us on 01225 864767). We are enforcing social distancing in the shop and also delivering to those who are vulnerable and in self-isolation.

Thankfully, our team is currently in full health and we will of course be supporting them through this turbulent time.

We are an independent store and a hub in our community so we are very thankful we can stay open as a lifeline to those who need us. We will of course continue to monitor Government and other Official Health advice and if our situation changes we will let you know.

Thank you all for your continued support, we will hopefully all weather this together.
